A night safari offers a completely different view of the African bush. Once the sun goes down and many daytime animals settle in, nocturnal species begin to emerge.
Why Go on a Night Safari?
The bush feels completely different at night. With the sounds of insects around you and the stars overhead, even a familiar landscape can feel new and mysterious.
Your guide will use their knowledge of animal behavior, tracks and sounds to help you find wildlife in the darkness. You might spot a leopard moving through the bush, a porcupine crossing the road or a spring hare disappearing into the night. Depending on the destination, night drives can also offer excellent stargazing, especially in areas far from the city lights.
